RG's
All Nite Funk Band was a Motown Vision under the Guidance of the late
Gwen Gordy Fuqua, one of the founding family Members of The Motown
Sound. This song soon became an AirPlay Hit in the late 80's world
wide, but Corporate walls and Gwen Gordy's remarkable talent for the
Future of Motown conflicted. Some Said: The Band and Song were ahead of
their time and this may have been their down fall. Their sound blended
with a Fleetwood Mac flavor, and a Soulful Vocal & a little Pop feel
with an R&B Bottom was unique.
But Motown & their Radio Stations thought it was too risky to press vinyl and just let The Record fade away. Todays music has been going in various directions, so we revamped the Song . With the warmth of Real Strings and the Exciting new Vocals accented by Flaming Rock Gutiar Runs, we created a building dance Groove (6:18) that sweeps you in and away.
This is a very inspiring message type song, that Motivates one's inner self, but the Real message from this Song is aimed at having faith in your self & and Dreams do come True.
